It’s been a long 3 weeks without training. My back is finally cooperating and I don’t have any more bronchitis. Allergies are still kind of bad right now especially with all the flowers having opened up and the trees spreading pollen all over the place. Despite that, I decided to get things back on track. If you saw my recent photo post you know I did a short easy run on May 3. Today I went a little more crazy and did a swim a bike and a run all in the same day. This has left me in a bit of pain considering I did 100 body weight squats yesterday and today. I’ll probably need a couple rest days now but I’m going to start regular training again as soon as my quads calm down.
