Yes, this is a bit late, but I’ve had a pretty bad weekend.  Last week was halfway decent until the weekend hit.  I got in two bike rides and two swims, accidentally did one of those swims on a run day, and skipped the workouts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a couple different reasons.  First of those is that I’m still battling bronchitis or something.  I’m coughing up little yellow globs still and have been the past couple weeks.  I’m considering going to the doctor for a fix.  The second reason is back pain.  I had a small incident with a heavy object (a person) a couple weeks ago which really compressed my lower back.  I can feel it even at the lowest part of the spine just above my rear but the most prominent discomfort is about 1/4 of the way up my back.  I only feel it really when I move certain ways, but I don’t want to make it worse.  Besides that, on Friday I got into an automobile accident on the way to a wedding which I’d prefer not to go into much detail about here since that’s a story for its own post, but I was not injured in it.  My truck, however, is a different story.
